EVERST TREK

Everest trek brings you into the heart of the Sherpa home land. Trekking in the Mt. Everest region. A trek for those who aren't sure if they can handle the full Everest base camp trek.

Neat and clean accommodation

A low altitude trek is safer than high alt: and suits all ages

Visit homes of former Sherpas of "Hillary's" vintage.

The homes and lodges make this a truly cultural experience.

On this Everest Trek you might be able to meet up with one of 2 remaining Climbing Sherpas from the 53 Everest Expedition. We also provide you with the privilege to stay in the Lodge of Appa Sherpa the world record holder of 16 Everest summits.

Here we visit a 300 year old Gompa, (Monastery) the oldest in the Khumbu region and the highest point on this trek. In the afternoon we return to Deboche
Day 10: On the return leg we reach Kyangjuma ( 3,700m ) a tiny village near Sanasa. Here we will be staying in a lodge owned by a two time Everest summiteer.
Day 11: Retracing our footsteps we pass through Namche Bazaar and, after the long downhill stretch, we follow the turbulent Dudh Koshi river to Monjo ( 2,840m ) where it meets the Kyashar Khola.
